We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.


How to Request a Return

To request a return for a defective or damaged item, please email sandtinspirations@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect or damage

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Once received and verified, a replacement or refund will be issued.


What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized products (including embroidery)

  • Stickers, journals, tumblers, and all digital products

  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on approved defective items unless otherwise stated.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost by the carrier, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, we’ll handle the claim for you and send a full replacement.
Please notify us of carrier damage or loss within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
