• Personalized items may take longer due to customization. Please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping.

• Standard items ship- We use USPS for standard flat rate shipping, with delivery typically taking 2-12 business days after processing. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by USPS delays. 
• Products fulfilled through POD are made-to-order and may take longer to process before shipment.

   Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

2. Carrier Delays:
   While we work hard to ensure your order ships on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to potential carrier delays during the busy holiday season.
